How to complete a waybill
When completing a Citi-Sprint Waybill, please type or print clearly with a ball-point pen, pressing hard, and complete in English.
Although our Standard Trading Conditions are printed at the back of the waybill, for ease of reference you can access it on our website our e-mail us to receive your own copy.

Local Services
Local service requests are indicated here: the services listed on the waybill correspond with the services listed on our rates cards. The latter contain more detailed guidelines in this regard.
National/
International
National/International services are indicated here: it is vital to indicate the correct service required; where a national service is not clearly indicated, the consignment will automatically be shipped Overnight (ONX).
From / Street address
Please complete with full company/ business name or full personal name, i. e. Top Dog, and applies to both the sender (FROM) and the receiver (TO).
Suburb/city
Please provide the correct, full address as well as name of the suburb and city to eliminate non-delivery of the consignment. The multiple duplication of place and street names across South Africa necessitates accurate and precise physical address information, and equally applies to both the sender and the receiver. The use of postal codes is therefore essential to accurately identify destinations.

Please provide full first names and surnames as well as a landline and mobile phone number. Detailed information makes it easier to make contact where needed, and helps

The sender acknowledges that the shipment left in good order with the courier by signing the waybill here, and records the time and the date of collection.
Tick if insurance is required
Insurance cover is not automatic- it is available on a request basis only.
Special Instructions
Any special or out of the ordinary request should be recorded here. The waybill not only contains all the necessary information to collect an item and get it safely delivered, but is also the final means of communication courier drivers respond to. Express you special instructions - if any - concise yet clear.
Account to be debited
Please provide either your account number or indicate that you are a cash client in the appropriate space. Should the recipient or third party fail to pay transportation charges, the sender is responsible for payment.*
*Payment: Duties and Taxes Any international shipment can be subject to duties and taxes at destination. Should the shipper fail to indicate on the Waybill the payer of duties and taxes, the receiver or consignee will automatically be billed for such charges. Should the receiver or any third party, as indicated by the shipper on the waybill, fail to pay the duties and taxes, the shipper is responsible for payment.

Dimensions
When it comes to the transportation of goods, one ultimately pays for space. Therefore courier shipments are charged either on volumetric weight or actual weight, whichever is the greater of the two, and calculated in kilograms. Citi-Sprint reserves the right to confirm the dimensions and weight and charge accordingly.
